UP Government ने अब Aadhaar Based Payment System (ABPS) को पूरी तरह लागू कर दिया है।
मतलब:

बिना Aadhaar-NPCI linked bank account के
Scholarship DBT payment नहीं जाएगी

जब UP Scholarship portal, NPCI API से bank verification करता है और सही response नहीं मिलता, तब error दिखता है: “Status not received from NPCI API server”

यह website error नहीं, बल्कि bank–NPCI mapping problem है।

NPCI Full Form (Scholarship DBT Context)
National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) तय करता है कि Scholarship का पैसा किस bank account में जाएगा, Aadhaar se कौन सा account mapped / active है. DBT payment NPCI ke through hi route hoti hai

NPCI का Bharat Aadhaar Seeding Enabler (BASE) portal Aadhaar-bank mapping check करने का official तरीका है।

Aadhaar number डालकर आप देख सकते हैं:

• Bank name
• NPCI mapper status (Active / Inactive)

यही status UP Scholarship portal और PMFS system use करता है।

PMFS Scholarship Status 2025–26 क्यों रुका हुआ है?

PMFS (Public Financial Management System) portal पर scholarship status तब तक “pending / under process” दिखेगा जब तक:

• Aadhaar NPCI verified नहीं
• Bank mapped account clear नहीं
• State treasury se fund release approve नहीं

NPCI error clear होते ही PMFS status move करता है

UP Scholarship 2025–26 PMFS Status Check – Important Points

• PMFS status = Final DBT confirmation
• UP Scholarship portal sirf application tracking करता है
• Payment confirmation PMFS + NPCI से आता है

अगर PMFS में status दिख रहा है:

• “Payment processed” → पैसा आएगा
• “Validation failed” → NPCI issue still pending

UP Scholarship 2025-26 Payment कब तक आएगी

 उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने 2025-26  स्कॉलरशिप के लिए भुगतान चरणों में जारी करने का कैलेंडर रखा है।

मुख्य भुगतान समय-सीमा (तारीखें)

 Pre-Matric (कक्षा 9-10)

भुगतान लगभग 31 दिसंबर 2025 तक लगभग सभी पात्र छात्रों के बैंक खाते में भेज दिया गया या भेजा जाएगा।

Post-Matric (कक्षा 11-12)

पहला भुगतान 24 जनवरी 2026 तक होने की संभावना है।

UG/PG/Diploma/Certificate Students

भुगतान 15 जनवरी से 24 जनवरी 2026 के बीच और 10 मार्च 2026 तक कई चरणों में जारी किया जा रहा है।

 SC/ST या अतिरिक्त रिवाइज्ड स्लॉट वाले छात्रों के लिए
भुगतान 22 जून 2026 तक भी पूरा हो सकता है।

क्या प्रभावित कर सकता है भुगतान की तारीख?

• NPCI / Aadhaar-bank link issues (जो स्टूडेंट्स को server error दिखा रहा है)
• PMFS / PFMS status verification delays
• Bank account-Aadhaar-NPCI link सही होने में देरी

अगर आपका status valid दिखता है (verified by bank / district committee) तो पैसा उपरोक्त समय में ही आएगा — बस NPCI link और PFMS queue clear होना चाहिए।
